Fees to HOLISTICS Lab are due in accordance with the above listed pricing table. All payments to be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Support
Any support request will be entertained within our working days, Sunday to Thursday (8am - 5pm) and we will respond within 24 hours upon request. Critical error will require two or three working days which include debugging and testing.
Maintenance & Updates
Once the site is successfully deployed, it will be shifted to an ongoing maintenance and update regiment. The system will be monitored on a regular basis to ensure its smooth-running.
After Sale
Initial training will be provided, and users will be included in features updates (if any).
Security
All security measures will be taken in ensuring secured data confidentiality.
